Making a complaint
If you are not satisfied with our service, a decision and/or a Council employee's conduct, you can submit an Administrative Action Complaint.
We follow the process set out in the Administrative Action Complaints Policy (PDF 247 KB).
How to submit a complaint
You will need to send your complaint to us in writing, using one of the following methods:
- fill in the Complaint form
- email us at council@logan.qld.gov.au
- post us a letter
- call us on 07 3412 3412.
