Regional Arts Development Fund guidelines

Purpose

The Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) supports the development of arts and cultural practices including visual arts, craft and design, multimedia, film, theatre, music, dance, literature and writing and heritage, including intangible heritage (e.g. stories).

RADF is a partnership between state and local government to invest in quality arts and cultural experiences across Queensland based on locally determined priorities.

Grants are open for individuals, groups, organisations or Council to address arts, culture and heritage priorities that: 

  • Support local artists and arts and cultural activity to deliver value for local communities
  • Provide opportunities for local communities to participate in arts and cultural activities
  • Invest in locally determined priorities delivered through arts and cultural activity
  • Contribute towards current government priorities
