- Purpose

This local law covers licensing, enforcement and administrative provisions.
The purpose of this local law is to ensure that:
- a prescribed activity does not result in
- harm to human health or safety or personal injury
- property damage or a loss of amenity
- environmental harm or environmental nuisance
- the operation of a prescribed activity complies with the Local Government Acts that regulate the prescribed activity by subjecting the prescribed activity to an inspection, monitoring and enforcement regime.
