Infrastructure Agreements
Infrastructure agreements are a contractual agreement between developers and Council. They detail the obligations and entitlements for each party, like the timing for the delivery of infrastructure works and the value of infrastructure offsets and refunds.

Tankering Agreements
Tankering agreements are a contractual agreement between a developer and Council. Tankering agreements provide certainty as to the method and responsibilities for collecting and conveying wastewater flows from a development to a Logan City Council designated wastewater treatment plant.
