How do I create a profile?
By creating a profile, you will be able to manage your account and personal information. Fill out the relevant fields, including any medical conditions. This helps us assess your eligibility to be vaccinated.
Can I add my dependants?
Once you have created your profile as the adult, you can add your dependants. This helps you to manage their bookings.
What if I forget my password?
Select “Forgot Password” and enter your email and select new password. Vitavo will send a verification code to your email. Use the verification code and follow the prompts to set a new password.
Is my personal information safe?
Your personal information is used to record your vaccination on the Australian Immunisation Register. This is a mandatory legal requirement. Vitavo keeps all your information safe and secure and is only accessed by authorised Logan City Council and Vitavo staff to deliver vaccination services including managing the data.
How do I make a booking?
Log into Vitavo with your email and password. You can select an appointment by clinic location, date and time.
Will I receive a reminder about my booking?
A booking confirmation email will be sent to you instantly. A reminder email will be sent prior to your appointment and includes a digital pre-immunisation checklist to complete on the day of your appointment.
Can I change my booking?
You can log in to Vitavo at any time to change or cancel your appointment.
What if I miss my appointment?
Vitavo will send you a reminder to re-book your appointment.
Can I book an appointment for myself and/or my dependants?
You can book an appointment for you and/or any linked dependants at the same time. You will be given sequential appointment times.
What if I don’t know what vaccination to book for?
You can contact our friendly staff on 07 3412 3412 and we will assist you.
What if I am booking for a paid vaccination?
You have two options to pay. Pay Online requires you to pay by credit card and incurs transactions fees. Pay at Appointment will be processed by our clinic staff when you arrive - you can pay by cash or Eftpos.
What if I miss my appointment and have paid online?
If you miss your appointment, Vitavo will send you an email reminder to rebook. If you cannot rebook or prefer to cancel this will result in a refund of the vaccination fee, less the transactions fees.
We previously used VaxApp, is this the same software program as Vitavo?
The software program formerly known as VaxApp has been renamed to VItavo. While the name has changed, the features remain the same to ensure you have a seamless experience.
