The constant hooning, speeding and reckless driving along Waratah Drive is dangerous and loud for residents who live here and a risk for the dozens of students who walk this street every day. Waratah Drive is located in the middle of 3 different schools, and is a convenient shortcut for motorists between Marsden to Park Ridge making it an ideal destination for hooning and speeding at all hours of the day.
Installing some traffic calming measures such as speed bumps or regular speed/decibels camera would assist in reducing the amount of drivers who use this road daily in a dangerous manner and make it a safer area for the residents who live here or school students who use this road to walk too/from school everyday.
