Integrated local transport plan
With our population reaching almost 600 000 in the next 20 years, we need a transport system that can meet the needs of our growing community.
We’ve developed a plan to guide our local transport growth – an integrated local transport plan called Way2Go: Connecting Logan.
This plan will shape our transport future by identifying projects, establishing funding priorities and guiding the way our transport network develops.
The Way2Go vision will make sure the future transport system in Logan is:
- affordable
- efficient
- safe
- easy to use
- convenient.
We released a draft plan in September 2018 and asked for your feedback during a six week community consultation period.
This feedback helped us to create a clear plan to shape transport needs for our city’s future. We adopted the plan in December 2018, and are now working on a comprehensive implementation plan.
