These works are aimed at rehabilitating and widening Quinzeh Creek Road in front of Opal Retirement Village.
What is happening?
Works will include:
- pavement reconstruction
- installation of a left-hand slip lane into Opal Retirement Village
- reinstatement of footpath and cycle way
- turf and landscape works
- line marking.
When is it happening?
Works are scheduled from late August to December 2024, site and weather conditions permitting.
Works will generally occur Monday to Friday, between 6:30am to 4:30pm. However, some works may extend outside these hours.
Project impacts
- Changed traffic conditions including reduced speed limits, short term lane closure and detours (as needed).
- Increased noise, dust and vibration.
- Footpath detours and closures
- Potential disruptions to utility services, service provider(s) will notify you of any planned outages.
