The KRANK school holiday program is delivered during the following dates:
- Saturday 28 June and Sunday 13 July 2025
- Saturday 20 September and Sunday 5 October 2025
- Saturday 3 January and Sunday 18 January 2026
- Tuesday 7 April and Sunday 19 April 2026
(Note: activities are not delivered on public holidays)
We try to ensure that all areas of Logan experience the KRANK program. You can propose when and where to deliver an activity but flexibility around delivery location is preferred. You can choose to run an activity as a one-off, or multiple times in the school holidays.
You may like to suggest an activity for children, focus more on teens – or run a program for both!
Participant Registration
You must be able to manage bookings for your activity as part of the KRANK School Holiday program. Bookings open on the following dates:
- Monday 16 June 2025, 9:00am
- Monday 8 September 2025, 9:00am
- Monday 8 December 2025, 9:00am
- Monday 23 March 2026, 9:00am
Participants book via a KRANK registration form. Registration forms can only be accepted after 9:00am on the opening days.
Registrations can be completed by the participant manually, or the KRANK team can assist providers to incorporate the required information into their existing online forms or web bookings (requires final approval from the KRANK team).
Registration forms
Completed registration forms enable providers to fulfil their reporting requirements.
Provider Reporting
- At the end of each school holidays, you’ll complete one online provider report for each funded activity. The link for reporting will be provided to you by the KRANK team. Reports are required to be submitted by the due date.
- The online provider report will ask questions about your activity and you’ll be required to upload any registration forms completed during the block and an invoice for payment.
- Once reporting is complete, the invoice will be paid as per the amount outlined in your contract. Invoices will be paid within 14 days.
Questions that may be asked as part of the service provider reporting include:
- Organisation name
- Name of activity
- Day/time of activity
- How many participants attended?
- Did you have to turn away any participants?
- How many males/females attended?
- How did participants hear about the program?
- Was the location suitable for the activity?
- Were there any barriers for participants to attend?
