Private works
If you want to make connections or alterations to the water or wastewater network, an application needs to be lodged. You can apply for Logan City Council delivered works or developer delivered works.
For answers to some common questions about connections to our water and wastewater infrastructure, please see Frequently asked questions.
Logan City Council delivered works
If the applicant wants Council to undertake the works, an application needs to be lodged.
You will need to supply a copy of the council stamped, approved engineering plan for the proposed works. The plan should include a construction procedure sequencing, clearly showing the connection in detail e.g. design detail, longitudinal section for alteration to existing infrastructure etc.
For minor works where a Council approved plan is not needed, please provide a drawing to show what work needs to be done.
Once we have reviewed your application, we will send you an email with an application number for your reference. We will give you a quotation within 3 to 4 weeks, providing all the information has been received.
