Logan City Council has partnered with the State Government to build a new $1.8 million clubhouse at Noffke Farm Park. The new clubhouse will support the Waterford Demons Rugby League Football Club.
The project will be delivered in two phases:
- Construction of the new facility to start in late October 2021.
- Demolition of the existing facilities will start in early 2022, after construction of the new facility.
The development will provide the club with a fit for purpose clubhouse with the following features:
- Clubroom
- Canteen
- Office and merchandise store
- Spectator amenities
- Covered viewing area
- Storage space
- Gym.
The project is expected to be completed mid-2022.
