Homestead Drive and Teviot Road Intersection Upgrade

""

We are delivering a new signalised intersection at the Homestead Drive, Teviot Road, and Glynton Road intersection.

Project overview

We are realigning Homestead Drive, Teviot Road, and Glynton Road junctions to form a new, signalised intersection at this location.

This signalised intersection is designed to improve road safety and traffic flow to support connectivity with surrounding areas. This upgrade aims to cater for the future traffic growth in the area as the community continues to grow.

Latest update

The Teviot Road Extension is currently under construction between Homestead Drive and Bushman Drive. This new road is developer delivered to service the new Riverbend estate and accommodate future growth within the State Government’s Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area (PDA).

The intersection of Homestead Drive, Teviot Road, and Glynton Road will be upgraded and realigned to accommodate the Teviot Road Extension.

The timing of construction works is subject to finalisation of the land acquisition process.
