The document explains each of our general rating categories, the criteria, the applicable minimum charges, and the applicable rate in the dollars. Please refer to our Annual Budget document for any additional information.
Objection
If you think that your general rate category as shown on your rate notice is incorrect, complete an objection form and submit it to us within 30 days from the issue date on your rate notice. The Official objection form (PDF 61 KB). Please make sure you send your form to us before the due date written on your rate notice.
Lodging an objection will not affect the rate notice we have already sent you. You still need to pay the full amount by the due date. If your objection is approved, your rates will be adjusted, which will be reflected on your future rate notices.
