About this event
Barre is a mix of Pilates and ballet inspired movements. This is a child friendly class, allowing new parents or carers to bring their little ones into the studio. Parents are required to attend to their children when needed throughout the class.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle and towel.
- Bookings are essential.
- Suitable for 18 years and over
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
