Mums and bubs pilates 2nd July 2024 to 24th June 2025
About this event
This class helps mothers address the muscular and postural changes that can occur in pregnancy. Take time out to connect with your baby and other parents in a supportive environment. This activity is suitable for mums and babies up to crawling age.
Important information:
- Please bring a towel and baby blanket.
- Suitable for those 12 years and over.
- Bookings are essential.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
