Relax and Meditate 17th January 2025 to 20th June 2025
About this event
This practical, hands-on workshop will give you the tools you need to transform your life with meditation. Meditation is practice that's proven to reduce stress, increase mental focus, confidence and develop positive personality traits such as compassion, forgiveness and inner peace.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat.
- Suitable for ages 12 years and over.
- Bookings are essential
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
