About this event
Hot Yolates is a beautiful combination of strength, stretch and sweat! This class blends the flexibility focus of yoga with its asanas and mindfulness, with the core-strengthening and posture awareness of Pilates.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat
- Suitable for those 18 years and over
- Bookings are essential
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
