About this event
Yoga can help create balance in the body by developing strength and flexibility. These classes will help you de-stress and enhance your sense of wellbeing.
Important information:
- Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle.
- 50 years and over
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will only run during the school term
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing for dancing.
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
