Girls Self-Defence - 5 to 11 years 24th September 2024
About this event
Gain confidence and valuable self-defence skills. You’ll learn how to kick, strike and block, as well as break and escape techniques and martial art moves. This is a great session to do with a friend. Parents/carers required to stay for the duration of the activity.
