Walking Groups 1st July 2024 to 30th June 2025
About this event
Combining the body awareness and asanas of yoga with the core conditioning and stability of Pilates. Lengthen, strengthen and define muscles whilst relaxing the mind.
Important information:
- Please bring water bottle and towel
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will only run during the school term
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
This activity is promoted only and not funded by Active & Healthy.
