About this event
This light group training class includes resistance, stretching and cardiovascular exercise. Suitable for ages who enjoy low intensity activities and achievable for those a little older in age.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle and towel.
- Suitable for those 18 years and over.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
