Fun and exciting dance fitness classes for adults.
Important information:
- Please wear gym attire, bring a water bottle and towel.
- Suitable for those aged 18 years and over
- Every Friday between 14 July 2023 to 8 December 2023.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will only run during the school term
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
