Yoga (Chair) 8th July 2024 to 9th December 2024
About this event
This class is ideal for those who may find it difficult to attend regular yoga on the floor. The class is done on a chair using props for support. This is a great class to get the body moving, improve your flexibility, relax the mind and build up your strength. Suitable for all abilities and for those with injuries.
Important information:
- Please bring a towel and water bottle.
- 16 years and over
- Booking are essential
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will only run during the school term
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing for dancing.
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
