Infant Massage Class 8th April 2024 to 29th April 2024
About this event
This 4-week program will teach parents how to provide infant massage at home in a safe and supportive way. Infant massage provides many benefits, while enhancing the bonding process.
Important information:
- Please bring a pillow or cushion to sit on and a blanket for the infant to lay on.
- Every Monday between 8 April 2023 to 29 April 2023.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
