This local law covers administration of council property, regulation of council property and other public places, permits and enforcement.
The purpose of this local law is to:
- provide for the establishment of council property
- provide for the protection of council property
- confer the necessary powers for the management and control of council property
- protect the safety of persons using council property
- regulate activities in and on council property and ensure appropriate standards of conduct
- provide for appropriate public access to council property.
