Logan Council is transitioning from TenderLink to VendorPanel
We are transitioning to a new tendering and expression of interest portal: VendorPanel.
This transition will take effect from Monday 13 January 2025. We will no longer be advertising Expressions Of Interest or Tenders through TenderLink, these will now be advertised through VendorPanel; a trusted platform known for enhancing procurement efficiency and transparency. All suppliers are required to register on the VendorPanel platform to ensure uninterrupted engagement with us.
If you participate in Local Buy Arrangements or already have a profile in VendorPanel you won't need to create a new profile.
What is VendorPanel and how does it work?
VendorPanel is used by thousands of public and private sector buyers across Australia to engage suppliers in compliant and efficient RFQ and Tender processes.
VendorPanel provides a free online procurement platform designed to connect suppliers with Council. It provides a centralised portal for managing supplier’s information. When Council advertises procurement opportunities, registered suppliers may be notified through the platform. Suppliers can then review the tender details, submit quotes or proposals directly through the portal, and track the status of their submissions. Creating an efficient and transparent procurement process for both Council and suppliers.
Register by setting up a supplier profile
To assist with the transition, we’ve prepared a step-by-step guide to the registration process to create your free business profile in the VendorPanel Marketplace:
- Go to VendorPanel Marketplace
- Search and select your supply categories.
- Register as a supplier and request invitation.
- Receive a ‘get started’ email from the VendorPanel system.
Verify your account using the link in your ‘get started’ email, then follow the prompts to complete the registration.
Once registered, the nominated email address may receive notifications of procurement activities for the supply categories and regions of service selected during registration.
Make your supply categories visible to buyers
To maximise visibility of tendered supply opportunities, register into all supply categories (Marketplace Lists) that match your business capability:
- Login to VendorPanel
- Go to VendorPanel Marketplace and select Register on Marketplace Lists
- search categories suitable for your business
- for the list you wish to join, click Register
- select relevant categories and Save and continue
- repeat to register on other lists/categories
Update your profile in VendorPanel
Help buyers understand your suitability for supply opportunities
- Login to VendorPanel
- Edit your business profile using the drop-down menu in the top right corner of the screen, find Business Profile, update information and save.
Add your region(s) of service for targeted notifications
- Login to VendorPanel
- Go to VendorPanel Marketplace and select Manage Regions of Service for Tenders.
- Select the specific geographical region(s) where you deliver goods and services.
Change your notification preferences
- Login to VendorPanel
- Go to Settings and select Options and Settings to change the notification settings for quotes and tenders.
Add colleagues
Register colleagues who support your tender process or represent regional and other office locations:
- Login to VendorPanel
- Find Admin tools and select Edit supplier list colleagues
- For each supplier list, select Manage
- Add Colleague Name and Colleague Email to Invite them to the list.
Colleagues will receive an email invitation and need to complete the registration process.
