We're kicking off breeding season with the annual Logan Koala Count to help get you 'koalafied' and ready to make a difference this season.
From 27 September - 6 October, you can help create a snapshot of koalas across our city - creating a lasting impact on koala conservation.
Taking part is really simple, all you need to do is:
1. Explore Logan’s environment – this could be your backyard, your street, local park or one of our natural areas.
2. Capture sightings, scats and audio recordings of koalas you find.
3. Upload your sightings to the iNaturalist app or website: www.inaturalist.org/projects/logan-koala-count-2024
