Mindfulness, moving and meditation 9th July 2024 to 10th December 2024
About this event
This program incorporates Pilates type stretches and exercises to build core strength and increase flexibility and balance. No session delivered on 8 October 2024.
Important information:
- Please bring a water bottle, towel and yoga mat.
- Suitable for those 55 years and over.
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday.
- Activities will only run during the school term (additional session will be delivered on 17 September 2024).
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
