Basketball (50's +) 6th July 2024 to 14th December 2024
About this event
This activity will provide the senior community with a chance to engage in core elements of basketball and teamwork while in a social and supportive environment.
Important information:
- Bookings are essential
- Suitable for ages 50 years and over
- Please wear enclosed shoes, and bring a water bottle and towel
- Activities will not run if the activity falls on a public holiday
- Activities will not be delivered between 16 December 2024 to 12 January 2025
For most activities you will need to:
- wear enclosed shoes
- bring a water bottle
- wear suitable clothing and bring a towel
- bring a hat and sunscreen for outdoor activities.
To participate in the Active and Healthy program, each person is required to complete a registration form every three months. These forms are available from the activity provider or at Active & Healthy.
