Teviot Road upgrade - Olsen Road to Warburton Bridge
Consultation has been completed for stage 1 of Teviot Road. Concerns raised by residents have been addressed during the final design phase.
Construction is due to commence November 2009 .
The upgrade will involve works between Olsen Rd and Warburton Bridge.

The current alignment of this section of Teviot Rd has been reviewed and parts of the road will be re-aligned and formalized within the road reserve. The width of the road will also be widened for through traffic, and to accommodate left in and out lanes at the following intersections:
- Scotts Lane
- Clifton Drive
- Braemar Road
Current bus bays at the intersection of Clifton Drive will also be formalized with approach and departure bays constructed. These works will also require the removal of vegetation from within the road reserve.

What's happening with Clifton Drive?
Residents of Clifton Drive shall be largely unaffected. Council plans to maintain access for Clifton Drive residents at all times during the project using a properly constructed side track or the existing road. Some short delays may occur due to construction constraints.
